SERIES OF DIGITAL ILLUSTRATIONS MADE IN 2019 OF TAROT CARDS INSPIRED BY MY FAVORITE SONGS AT THE TIME.

Used digital painting and collage techniques to achieve interesting textures and visual interest. The motifs and meaning of every card is represented in each illustration and connected to the song that inspired it.

For example, the lovers card represents “Me and Your Mama” by Childish Gambino showing a couple in an intense yet solemn relationship.

The Devil card represents the song “Delilah” by Florence + The Machine showing the story of a struggle with sobriety and the impotence of the subject to change it represented as a statue.
